My 4-year old introduced me to digital coloring… and I liked it!

We don’t usually let the minis get a hold of the iPad, but on desperate times (i.e. I have an emergency conference call), I let the Princess do some digital coloring on the iPad while the Little Man watches behind her. It’s their little sibling bonding activity since the Princess gets to do what she loves–coloring–and she teaches her little brother colors while she does it.

It was not until today that I gave digital coloring a try. My 4-year old asked me to color My Little Pony’s Fluttershy for her. The first time I tried it, I got the colors all wrong. So the second time she asked me, I made sure I researched about the little ponies she’s so crazy about.

And here’s the finished product:

I’ll make sure I practice some more! My daughter loves it when I color with her–digital or not–so I have to make sure I set a good example. (NTS: Color inside the lines!)
