With the wedding over and our expenses settled, Daddy A and I are now getting busy with another big event in our family: the Little Man’s first birthday!
We only have about a month and a half so we are rushing the party planning a bit. BUT, first things first–an initial checklist! I created a checklist of things we need to consider before jumping into the actual party planning. We want to have something to go back to when it’s time to get suppliers and invite guests, right? Here we go…
- Budget: Daddy A set the budget at P30,000 — a whopping P40,000 less than the Princess’ first birthday party! Favoritism, Daddy A! Favoritism!!! Haha
- Theme: We are choosing between a Barrio Fiesta-themed party and a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-themed one — We need help here! What would you choose?
- Venue: We will either have the party at our house or rent our wedding venue again (because we received P15,000 worth of GCs from them as a gift so might as well use that!)
- Number of Guests: About 60 people (adults and kids combined)
