They have also made viewing and buying homes for buyers through 360-degree virtual tours and Lumina Homes Online, which acts as a one-stop shop reservation site where potential buyers can view available properties and pay for the reservation through various channels, such as GCash, debit or credit card, and over-the-counter.
Furthermore, payments have been made even more convenient for homeowners through Lumina’s Online Payment Portal. With stricter protocols in place, Lumina Homes has made payment easier and more accessible through PesoPay. Now, homeowners can pay their dues using their digital wallet or through online banking.
