Whenever I feel stuck in my business or I want to take it to the next level, I do two things: I pick up a book about mindset or business building and I talk to my small group of trusted ‘advisors’ to help me figure things out. I have read a handful of books already, but the books I listed below are by far the best business books I have read.
If you’re just starting out in business or you need to get your mindset right, here are the books I recommend:
- Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson
- Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
- Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
The books above will really make you reflect on your current paradigms. If you want to learn more about mindset and how you can take control of your life, I recommend working with Martine De Luna, who is my journey-guide. Folks, she is worth it. She took me on a transformational journey I didn’t know is possible.
Feeling extra? When you’re ready to scale your business, I recommend reading these:
- Speed Wealth by T. Harv Eker
- 2 Hour Agency by Robert Neckelius
I also like picking up books that answer specific areas in my business, such as sales, marketing, etc.
If you’re looking into improving your sales process, I highly recommend this book written by a good friend of mine and also one of my trusted business advisors:

- The Science Of Sales: The Un-Arting Of Real Estate Selling by AJ De Leon, R.E.B.
This book was written with real estate companies and agents in mind. However, I found myself taking notes and implementing the strategies shared in the book for my own business, which is in online business management.
Sales has always been my weakness. With the strategies shared in the book, I realized I haven’t been recording enough data to help improve my sales. To be honest, I hate doing the math, but this book made it clear that it is an important piece of the sales puzzle.
What are some of the best business books you can recommend? Share them in the comments!
I love Who Moved my Cheese and Rich Dad Poor Dad. My father introduced it to me while I was in college. I think I need to read them again, thanks to your post.
I always re-read these books whenever I need clarity! Super helpful.
Thanks for sharing this mommy.
You’re welcome! Happy reading 🙂
