The Princess Turns Two Months!

Every 19th of the month, we make it a habit to celebrate The Princess’ monthsary. We go out as a family then buy a cake – complete with candles and all. Last month, we went to Eastwood Mall. This time, we decided to celebrate Kelly’s second month in Bonifacio High Street.

It was a perfect day for a stroll. The sun was high up, but it wasn’t too warm. Daddy A and our little girl fetched me in school and we all went there together. Before anything else, though, we ate lunch at Gilligan’s (one of our favorite restaurants in Market Market). After that, we began our stroll in High Street. Along the way, we discovered this small cupcake place (Cupcakes by Sonja). It looks really cute so we agreed to buy Kelly’s second month “cake” there.

I chose a chocolate cupcake with blue frosting and pink sprinkles. Of course, I didn’t forget to buy a candle for it as well. It looks really cute, doesn’t it? Well, it also tastes divine. I definitely discovered a new favorite place where I can satisfy my sweet cravings. The price is so-so. I wouldn’t mind paying more than the usual cupcake for this heavenly piece – no kidding. 😉

After our little celebration at Cupcakes by Sonja and after taking a ton of pictures, we decided to head home. Besides, The Princess was getting a bit cranky already.Although it was a really quick celebration (compared to her first month), it was something that we all enjoyed. We’re all looking forward to The Princess’ third month!
