How To Increase Brand Awareness

Let’s talk about how to increase brand awareness.

Brand awareness is a big thing for any business. You see, brand awareness is the first step in any marketing funnel and crucial in acquiring customers. You know your brand awareness campaign is successful when people can easily recognize and recall your business. The goal? Be top-of-mind in your industry.

The thing is, many businesses aren’t doing it right.

So how do you increase brand awareness? There are a few things you can do to help increase awareness about your business and we will talk about them here.

But first…

Why is brand awareness important?

Like I already mentioned, it’s the first step in your marketing funnel. If you don’t establish the foundation, how do you expect to acquire customers, right?

It’s a very important part of business growth, yet many businesses don’t focus on it.

If you think about red and yellow and food, chances are the first thing that comes to mind will be Mcdonald’s. Certain brands have done this so well you can see an advertisement without their company name and know it is them. This is what you want for your business.

Establish your brand

One of the things you need to focus on first and foremost is how you want the branding of your business to be and how you want to appear to the public.

You need to establish your unique selling point and the voice of your brand.

You also need to create a brand palette, which is a handful of colors that will represent your brand, that you will use in content, logos, digital and print marketing materials, and uniforms.

You will also want to maintain a consistent image throughout all your selling platforms – may it be a physical store or a digital hub like your website.

Note: If you’re selling your products/services through your website, it’s good to keep track of your Google rank in searches. One of the ways you can do this is by keeping track of your DA score. This is how well you rank in google searches when people search for certain things. So the more people that see your site, the more customers and clients you can get.

A note on colors

If you want your business to incorporate metallic colors, which normally give a more luxurious vibe, it is important to think of the ways you can still use this when having things made for your company.

One way you can do this is by using Copper Engraved Dies. Copper sheet-fed dies are commonly used for flat foil stamping but are also an excellent choice for single-level embossing, intaglio, or letterpress.

Copper recuperates heat quickly, which is much faster than any other metal so it is an excellent choice for foil stamping applications. Click here to find out more about it.

Increase brand awareness through social media

So you’ve established your brand and it’s consistent in all platforms.

Now it’s time to get the word out.

Social media is one of the biggest drivers of traffic to website. This is why it’s smart to use social media to increase brand awareness.

One mistake businesses make, however, is not being consistent with their posting schedule. If you post sporadically, your audience may think your account is dormant and simply unfollow you, which can lose your potential sales and long life customers.

To keep your account fresh, have a consistent posting schedule and give your followers new ways to engage and interact with your business in a whole different and more up-to-date way.

The different social media platforms have various features available that you can use to market your brand. Make use of them!
