What are poffertjes, you ask? These are Dutch pancakes served with vanilla or strawberry ice cream, sprinkled with toppings of your choice (they have mangoes, sprinkles, rice crispies, crushed oreos, and a lot more!), and drizzled with chocolate or caramel syrup.

My personal favorite is Mango Loco because #mangoislife (haha), but my daughter is crazy over Pink Fluff.
